As a Field Technical Service Representative, you will assist customers with their technology needs. Your everyday tech use has prepared you well, and we offer comprehensive training. Ensure that our vehicles and equipment are always in top condition while creating an outstanding customer experience through professionalism and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install the latest technology in customer homes

• Repair tech devices and equipment as necessary

• Determine customer technology needs and respond effectively

• Maintain vehicles and service equipment diligently

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Successful completion of a criminal background check
