Job Type: On call 24/7 for snow storms, but we oftenstart clearing by 3:30 am

Schedule: 8-12 hour shifts depending on snow storm severity

Essential: Hard-working,reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions, team player

-$50 per day shift bonus for all snow storms-

THIS IS A SEASONALPOSITION

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Snow removal andice control.
• Operating manualand heavy equipment to remove and relocate snow on the property
• Plowing, salting,both by machine and manually, shoveling doorways and walkways toensure areas are safe
• Demonstratingcorrect use of the equipment
• Reporting anyunsafe conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation such as: fuel reports, safety reports and hours ofservice
• Maintain/clean equipment and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as required
• Familiar with performance requirements; understand route map and sand/saltapplication rate
• Meet call in requirements during a winter storm event
• Perform other duties as required

• 1 - 2 years previous snow plowing experience is preferred
• Willing to workday and night shifts, weekends and holidays when needed
• Ability to operaterequired equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
• Working safely isa condition of employment.
• Must be comfortable plowing snow in subdivisions, in tight spaces, on highways and county roads in all weather conditions.
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as aculture.
