Farrow Built is seeking a skilled and motivated Framer to join our growing team. This role focuses on constructing high-quality shops, barns, garages, and farm structures using both post-frame and stick-frame methods. The ideal candidate brings strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on every project.

• Construct post-frame and stick-frame buildings to specification and quality standards
• Interpret and execute building plans and layouts accurately
• Maintain job site safety, organization, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team to meet project timelines
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
• Communicate challenges and solutions proactively
• Represent the company professionally on-site
• Contribute to a results-driven team culture
• Identify and communicate potential leads

• Post-frame and stick-frame construction experience
• Blueprint reading and layout execution
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Strong safety awareness

• Physical stamina and resilience
• Problem-solving on job sites

• Accountability and reliability

• Minimum 1+ year of framing or construction experience
• Experience with agricultural or large structures is an asset
• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to work 10–12 hour days outdoors
• Lift and handle heavy materials regularly
• Climb, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather
