About the Role:

We are looking an enthusiastic qualified approved electrician to complement our existing direct services team and join our electrical services division. The role will principally involve periodic electrical installation condition reports, refurbishments and repairs to electrical installations.

About you:

The ideal candidate will:
Have an all-round knowledge and experience of electrical installations and the wiring regulations together with the right demeanour for working as a team and in occupied properties. Be conscientious, quality driven and well organised. Be computer literate Have good communication skills and be committed to providing a high-quality service to our tenants Candidates should hold the qualifications of: BS7671 (Current Edition) City & Guilds Level 3 2391: 2391-52 Initial Verification & Periodic Inspection and Testing 2391-51 Periodic Inspection of Electrical Installations 2391-50 Initial Verification of Electrical Installations You will need to hold a current valid driving licence as a company van will be provided.
