Service Net is looking to add a Staff Accountant to our continuously growing finance team. This position will be responsible for month-end closings of several accounts and handle inter-company transactions. Analyze specific general ledger accounts, reconcile and provide documentation on a monthly basis. This person will also be expected to ensure all expenses are recorded correctly.
Key Responsibilities- Dedication to serving the organization's goals and mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Minimum of two years of work experience in nonprofit, public, or similar accounting/bookkeeping required
- Experience with grant and state contracts (for example DDS, DMH, DPH, etc) preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and experience in Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Keen attention to detail, ability to work on various projects concurrently, and ability to meet deadlines
