Location – Northampton, MA & Westborough, MA (Onsite)
Salary – 100k-115k

About the role

Are you ready to make a significant operational impact while working in an international yet close-knit environment? As the Materials & Logistics Manager, you will lead the planning, inventory control, and logistics activities that keep our production and customer commitments running smoothly.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee manufacturing planning for the Northampton, MA, and Westborough, MA facilities, while also managing materials and logistics operations across both Northampton and Westborough facilities. Your expertise will ensure on‑time delivery, accurate inventory, efficient logistics, and strong cross‑functional alignment—directly influencing customer satisfaction and organizational success.

What you will bring to the role

You will thrive in this position if you:

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in materials planning and logistics within an ERP-driven environment (SAP preferred)
  • Are proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data to make informed decisions
  • Have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and preferably hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Demonstrate strong project management or change management capabilities
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Have solid computer literacy and comfort navigating ERP and planning systems
  • (Bonus) Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • (Bonus) Bring international logistics experience for import/export operations
