Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic (A-Level / B-Level) – High Volume | Flat Rate | Top Pay

Pay: $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (Flat Rate + Bonuses)

We are seeking an experienced automotive technician / auto mechanic for a high‑volume dealership service department. Ideal candidates are skilled in diagnostics, electrical, engine repair, and drivability and can produce consistent flag hours in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete brake repair, suspension work, and steering systems
• Perform multi-point inspections and repair orders
• Use OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain productivity in a flat‑rate environment

• 3+ years as an automotive technician / auto mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a dealership or high-volume repair shop
• ASE Certification preferred
• Ability to produce 40+ flagged hours/week
• Valid driver’s license + own tools
