Job Description
Experience: Senior Level
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
Job Details- Must have experience in a high level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC
- Must have experience with commercial construction
- Sage Estimating experience
- P6 scheduling experience
Based in Northampton, we are a well‑established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. This includes both ground‑up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $1‑20M in value size.
Due to growth, we are hiring a Director of Preconstruction to oversee estimating, business development, and marketing.
