Construction Control Representative

This Construction Control Representative position is located in Facilities Management Service at the Leeds, MA location.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

GS‑12 grade level: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑11 grade level in the federal service; experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) and other characteristics to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

Experience:

Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: engineering aid or technician or surveying technician performing work directly related to construction; construction inspector or construction representative responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring adherence to safety requirements; and supervisor of crafts persons, equipment operators, or mechanics engaged in construction work, provided that the experience involved responsibility for interpreting plans and specifications and inspecting workmanship for adherence to such plans and specifications.
