$110,000 - $140,000 per year | Northampton, MA | On‑Site | Permanent

Based in Northampton, we are a well‑established and growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. This includes both ground‑up and renovations, with projects typically ranging from $1 to $20 million in value size.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Director of Preconstruction to oversee estimating, business development, and marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity to be in a high‑level role and shape how we identify, win, and prepare for projects to reach company goals. We also have a great reputation in the industry and offer a strong compensation package including:

MUST HAVE

• Experience in a high‑level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC
• Experience with commercial construction

NICE TO HAVE

• Sage Estimating experience
• P6 scheduling experience
