** What you’ll be doing
** With growing numbers of people visiting Northampton town centre, this role is all about making sure our customers feel supported throughout their journey. From providing directions and travel advice to sharing updates during service disruptions, you’ll be a vital point of contact for customers in and around the Bus Station and town centre and beyond.

You’ll also:
* Be a visible and approachable ambassador for bus travel across the town
* Help customers understand their travel options and plan onward journeys
* Support the use of the Stagecoach App, offering guidance and training to customers
* Share important service updates via posters, digital channels, and RTI screens
* Gather feedback and insights to help improve services and remove travel barriers
* Represent Stagecoach at community and council meetings to promote bus use
* Respond to incidents to offer on-the-ground support to both customers and colleagues
* Support revenue protection and assist in addressing anti-social behaviour reports
* Attend events and initiatives to promote sustainable travel and boost ridership
** What you’ll bring
** We’re looking for someone who thrives on interaction and who understands the importance of great customer service. You’ll also bring:
* Experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence in working independently and taking initiative
* Familiarity with the local bus network and geography
* Ability to travel easily across the area (including using upper decks of buses)
* Willingness to spend time outdoors, walking and standing at stops and interchanges
