Job Summary The salary range for this position is $ to $555,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham Community Anesthesiology is seeking an experienced anesthesiologist to serve as Chief and Medical Director of Anesthesiology at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH) in Northampton, Massachusetts.

This is an opportunity to assume meaningful physician leadership while continuing to practice in a highly collaborative community hospital environment. The Chief and Medical Director will have a direct voice in how anesthesia services are staffed, scheduled, developed and delivered at Cooley Dickinson — with responsibility for quality and safety, clinical operations, recruitment, team development and future program growth. The role reports to both the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cooley Dickinson Hospital and the MGB Chair of Anesthesiology and is part of the broader Mass General Brigham integrated anesthesiology service line.
