Quinton House School is seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise students during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed
- Distribute and collect examination papers and materials
- Ensure a calm, fair, and secure exam environment
- Assist with setting up exam rooms and seating arrangements
- Report any irregularities or incidents to the Exams Officer
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Calm, professional, and authoritative manner
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible availability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
- This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
- Suitable for retirees, parents, graduates, or those seeking flexible work
