Elementary School, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional
We are looking to appointanenthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team of support staff inour creative,innovative and inclusive school. The role will focus on supporting children learning a range of inclusive opportunities including the delivery of targeted interventions for individual children, small groupprogrammesand in-class support, as directed by the class teacher or SENCO.
Ecton Brook Primary Schoolis caring and aspirational and although it is split across 2 sites, the schoolmaintainsone strong heartbeat. Pupils are happy and safe and feel cared for and behaviour is exemplary(Ofsted April 2026).
The successful candidate will have a good sense of humour, a friendlyattitudeand a team approach.
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE standard in English and Mathsand have experience of working in a similar role and will be committed to enabling our children toachievetheir full potential.

The post is for 31.25hours per week, 8.30am until 3.15pm, which includes half an hour lunch duty. The appointmentis
Fixed Term to 31.08.2026, in the first instance.
