Job Description:
The Imaging Systems Division is seeking a Level 4 Program Finance Analyst. The role partners with Program Managers and cross‑functional teams to provide financial leadership across program planning, execution, and performance measurement. The analyst performs monthly Earned Value, quarterly Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) calculations, and weekly financial risk and opportunity assessments.
- Partner with Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership to guide financial performance.
- Develop quarterly EACs and support accurate projection of ETC, EAC, and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE).
- Influence day‑to‑day execution of all financial activity related to programs, proposals, and reviews, including strategy development to meet program financial goals.
- Lead program financials: time‑phased integrated budgets, earned‑value compliance, cost accounting, and cost/schedule integration.
- Collaborate with IPT members on baselining, ETC, and change‑management processes.
- Ensure program EAC adherence to L3 Harris AC‑13 and PM‑05 policies; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
- Demonstrate self‑motivation, strong interpersonal skills, problem‑solving ability, and independence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field and minimum 4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP and EVMS, including COBRA.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Pay Transparency:
Salary range $76,500 – $141,500. Final offer may vary based on experience and location.
