Overview
Location: Northampton, MA (Outpatient Ortho)
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hr
Total Bonus Package: $2,500 Sign-On PLUS Annual 2-Week Salary Bonus

The NEOS Clinical Model
We believe that elite orthopedic care requires a focus on quality over volume. At NEOS, you work in a high-energy environment with the dedicated support of licensed PTs and a streamlined clinical flow.
- Skilled Hands-On Intervention: Provide hands-on support for therapeutic exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- Specialized Orthopedic Care: Assist in post-operative rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and chronic condition management.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on home exercise programs (HEP) and activity modifications to support ongoing recovery and long-term wellness.
- Clinical Flow & Support: Benefit from a structured environment with room turnovers, equipment setup, and hot/cold pack preparation so you can focus on skilled patient care.
- Managed Patient Caps: Maintain manageable daily patient caps to provide high-quality care without overloading schedules.
- Integrated Surgeon Partnership: Document treatment notes and communicate patient status with our 15+ board-certified surgeons and PTs for seamless care.
- Credentialing Support: Massachusetts PTA license renewal fees; board fee assistance may be provided for new graduates.
- Education & Training: CEU credit reimbursements for approved courses; free Med Bridge subscription for required annual hours.
- Annual Merit Increases: Performance-based raises on your work anniversary with a clear track for clinical promotion.
- Massachusetts PTA License or License Eligible: 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
- For New Grads: You may begin your career immediately after graduation, working under the direction of licensed PTs while waiting for board results.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
