Position: School Physical Therapist Contract *Up to 58/hr

School Physical Therapist Contract position located in Northampton, Massachusetts. Provide assessments and therapy for students across two buildings over a 36-week contract. Collaborate with school staff to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for students
  • Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policies
  • Participate in team meetings and in-service training to enhance therapy skills and stay updated on best practices
Qualifications:
  • Massachusetts PT License
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle a caseload of 11-15 students across two buildings
  • Physical ability to perform therapy skills required for sessions
  • Background check as per school district policies
