Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Homemakers, PCs, HHAs, and CNAs to join our team and provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Northampton and the surrounding communities.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or ready to start a rewarding career in home care, this is your opportunity to help someone live safely and independently in the comfort of their own home. $18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOURPay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

Opportunities throughout Northampton and surrounding towns $250 SIGN ON BONUS Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

Work at least 20 hours per week

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care Providing friendly companionship and emotional encouragement

Preparing meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs

Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Running essential errands when needed

Offering medication reminders

Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home Providing respectful and compassionate careWHAT YOU NEEDWe're looking for caregivers who are:

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Professional and respectful

Able to communicate clearly in English Strong with time management and organization

Committed to client safety and confidentiality

Able to provide reliable transportationHHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicableNO HHA OR CNA CERTIFICATION YET?
