QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's preferred. - ARRT RT(T) certification and Massachusetts RT(T) license required.
- 5+ years of Radiation Therapy experience, including leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists, supporting performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Ensure appropriate staffing, workflow coordination, and patient scheduling across treatment areas.
- Provide clinical leadership, support complex treatment situations, and promote best practices and standardization of care.
- Oversee safe and effective use of the EMR and treatment management systems, serving as a resource for staff education and training.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including ACR, Joint Commission, and state requirements.
- Partner with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and operational leaders to optimize patient care and departmental performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, competency programs, and ongoing staff development.
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource management, budgeting, and program growth.
