School Physical Therapist contract in Northampton, MA for 36 weeks, up to $58 per hour based on experience. Provide physical therapy services to students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy services to students in a school setting.
Manage a caseload of 11-15 students across multiple buildings, including A, B, and C grid services.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document student progress and compliance with school and state requirements.
Maintain all necessary certifications, licenses, and clearances required for school-based therapy.
Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent recognized by licensing boards.
Valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Massachusetts.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Minimum 1 year experience in school or pediatric settings.
Ability to work 3 days per week, approximately 18 hours total.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable managing a caseload of 11-15 students across multiple buildings.
Background checks and compliance with school district requirements.
Physical ability to perform duties required in a school setting.

You hold a valid Massachusetts PT license. You have at least one year pediatric school therapy experience. You can manage a caseload of 11-15 students across buildings
