The Night Manager oversees all evening operations at our boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth front desk operations, and overall property security from 3:00 PM until closing. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during evening hours and is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s service standards and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, supervising evening staff and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures, overseeing cash handling, billing accuracy, daily reporting and ensuring property safety and security throughout the shift.
Qualifications:- Previous hotel front desk or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
