Houseperson

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented professional to support the smooth operation of our property by maintaining common areas, assisting with guest needs, and helping ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, works well as part of a team, and responds promptly to day-to-day operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared areas
• Assist with setting up, breaking down, and resetting hotel rooms and other spaces for guest use
• Respond to service requests from guests or team members in a timely and professional manner
• Transport supplies, linens, furniture, or equipment as needed
• Help monitor inventory and restock cleaning and operational supplies
• Support housekeeping and facilities teams with general labor and operational tasks
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the appropriate team members
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and property standards consistently

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, facilities support, housekeeping, or a related environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as part of daily duties
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Effective communication and a professional, courteous attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Basic understanding of safe handling practices and workplace procedures
