We are looking for an organised individual to join our close knit team and develop positive, effective working relationships with their colleagues. Work is sourced firm wide.

The work

• accidents at work (but generally not industrial disease)
• public liability accidents (i.e. trips & slips, etc.)
• road traffic accidents (but generally not whiplash)
• clinical negligence, but not cases against therapists; or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury
• inquests

As well as:

• shock cases
• group actions
• product liability cases
• CICA
• Industrial disease cases
• Most of the work is conducted on CFAs, but taking out ATE is rare.

Skills/ experience required

• Candidate must be at least 3 years PQE
• Must be computer literate and know how to use:
• Claim management software
• Claims Portal
• AskMID
• Ask Cue
• Med Co
• ELTO
• Court Portal
• High Court Portal

Candidates must be self‑sufficient and well organised as work is via the branch offices and personal reputation, not via paying referral fees.

Northampton Office

Hours:

Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15 with a one hour lunch break
Position:
Permanent
