Position: Industrial Cleaner
Location: Northampton
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
Start Times: Flexible – choose either a 4:00pm or 5:00pm start
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team in Northampton. You will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards within a busy warehouse environment, focusing on the canteen and office areas.
CAR DRIVER REQUIRED DUE TO LOCATION
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and sanitising canteen areas
- General office cleaning (desks, bins, floors, communal areas)
- Maintaining hygiene standards and following site procedures
- Working safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Must have your own hi-vis and safety boots
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must complete a site induction before starting
- Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Stable weekday hours – no weekends
- Flexible start time (4pm or 5pm)
- Friendly working environment
- Ongoing support from the onsite team
