Join the team driving operational excellence across Carlsberg Britvic by leading the end‑to‑end implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence programme. You’ll coach, assess, and embed all nine pillars of the Excellence Journey, support strategic planning cycles, and lead focused improvement initiatives to eliminate losses and set lasting standards. This role plays a key part in benchmarking, capability building, and shaping organisational design to deliver world‑class performance across brewery and supply chain operations.
RoleResponsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of Carlsberg Excellence fundamentals and pillars across brewery operations.
- Develop and deliver tactical implementation plans aligned with site strategy, master plans, and performance targets.
- Ensure effective use of PMS structures, standard meetings, and reporting systems in line with group standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through Gemba Walks, Kaizen, and structured problem‑solving with a Zero Loss mindset.
- Review and refine Carlsberg Excellence practices to improve cost, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
- Cascade and align KPI/KAI targets across end‑to‑end functions, supporting delivery through new ways of working.
- Act as a leadership role model, managing team development, performance appraisals, and capability building.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and monthly performance reviews to embed best practices and drive results.
- Ensure resource allocation, compliance with Excellence standards, and effective management of key initiatives.
- University degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain or a related production role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a management position.
- Proven success in leading change and implementing improvement programmes (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) to meet performance targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills with a focus on results and customer value.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and empower teams through change in fast‑paced operational settings.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across all organisational levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with business systems such as SAP, MES, and MRO.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
