Metalworker Fabricator

We are seeking a full-time Metalworker / Fabricator to support prototypes, production, and finishing.

• Ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines
  
  Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of our diverse team

• Ability to read fabrication/technical drawings
• Experience with braze/welding, machining, or cabinetry/furniture building
• Experience with onsite installation work
• An artistic eye
• Management or supervisory experience

This is a hands‑on, manual labor position where the ability to follow directions is critical. The role requires common sense, logical thinking, and the ability to work in a safety‑conscious manner. Employees must wear all required PPE.

• Full time (40+ hours per week), hourly nonexempt

• Regular use safety equipment such as goggles, masks, gloves, and ear protection

• Ability to lift 70 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $18 - $24 per hour, commensurate with skill level and experience in a shop environment producing fine furniture, custom millwork and metalwork.
