** What you will bring to the role
** You will be a great fit for this role if you:
* Have a
** High School Diploma or equivalent
*** Bring experience in
** electromechanical assembly** (preferred)
* Have training in
** J-STD-001
** or
** IPC-A-610
** electronic assembly standards (preferred)
* Are familiar with
** ESD S20.20
** requirements for electronic component protection (preferred)
* Are comfortable using computers for basic
** data entry
*** Have awareness of
** Lean or Six Sigma
** principles (preferred)
* Possess strong
** interpersonal skills
** and enjoy working collaboratively
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, steady hands, and quality-focused work habits##
