Spherion - Up to $20.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Safely set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals.;
Material Handling:
Operate a forklift to load/unload materials, move finished products to shipping, and organize the warehouse floor.;
Manual Labor:
Perform heavy lifting, stacking, and palletizing of products; maintain a clean and safe workspace in a gritty industrial setting.;
Quality Control:
Inspect parts and finished goods for defects to ensure they meet company standards.;
Maintenance Support:
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine cleaning of machines to prevent downtime.
