Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework, troubleshooting, and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on‑line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

• RF / Microwave Testing:
  Understands the basic concepts of electromagnetic waves. Can recognize R.F. components and knows their functions as the building blocks of R.F. systems. Knows how to properly handle R.F. components without damage.
• Position Stabilization:
  Can identify the components (Gyro's Synchro's, resolver's etc.) associated with stabilization and position sensing. Has a basic understanding of their function. Can handle gyros and position sensors without damaging them.
• Communication Systems:
  Understands the difference between analog and digital.
• Component & Sub‑Assembly Level Testing
• Micro Processor / Micro Computer / Programming of devices

• Technical school education, with 0–1 years experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, operation data sheets & computerized instructions.

• Soft skills (I.E. Proficient in MS Office, Strong communication…)
• Knowledge (basic) of SAP
• IPC-610, IPC-620 and J-STD 001 2

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $39,000–$47,840. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
