We’re looking for a hands‑on Metalworker / Fabricator to join our Northampton, MA workshop. In this role, you’ll help bring prototypes, production pieces, and finishing details to life. Every project matters, and your work will make a visible impact on the pieces we create.

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical training a plus)
• Interest in metals like steel, aluminum, brass (experience a bonus, not required)
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to our workshop practices
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to quality
• Team player who can also work independently

• Ability to read fabrication or technical drawings
• Experience with welding, brazing, machining, or furniture/cabinetry building
• Artistic eye and appreciation for fine craftsmanship
• Onsite installation experience
• Management or supervisory experience

• Full time (40+ hours per week), hourly nonexempt
• Manufacturing environment; exposure to dust, noise, and materials
• Regular use of safety equipment (goggles, gloves, masks, ear protection)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to follow directions safely
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
