TheOpportunity
We are growing and looking for a Millwork Manufacturing Engineer who understands how exceptional millwork comes together from shop drawings to CNC output and wants to play a key role in bringing complex, high‑end designs to life. This is an ideal role for a skilled cabinetmaker or mill worker ready to step into a technical position where your craft knowledge directly drives precision manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the critical link between design, engineering, and production, translating custom concepts into clear, precise manufacturing instructions.
- Create detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or 3D software to break down cabinetry and millwork assemblies for part manufacture.
- Prepare and document production workflows, cut lists, and installation sequences.
- Program 3‑axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and shop teams to ensure seamless production.
- Help identify smarter, more efficient ways to build complex custom work.
- Ensure our uncompromising quality standards are maintained at every step.
- Background in cabinetmaking, millwork, or architectural woodworking.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D parametric software (or strong willingness to learn).
- Comfortable working with computers, drawings, and technical details.
- CNC experience is a plus, but we will train the right craftsperson.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work.
- Desire to grow into a more technical, engineering-focused role.

Reliable commute or relocation required.
Salary: $50,000 to $70,000
