Our projects are highly collaborative and often integrate metal with wood, stone, and other premium materials, requiring a thoughtful, detail‑driven approach to every piece.
If you enjoy hands‑on work, take satisfaction in precision and finish quality, and like seeing a project evolve from raw material into a refined final product, we’d love to meet you.

- Interest in metals like steel, aluminum, brass (experience a bonus, not required)
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to our workshop practices
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Methodical, detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to quality
- Team player who can also work independently
- Ability to read fabrication or technical drawings
- Experience with welding, brazing, machining, or furniture/cabinetry building
- Artistic eye and appreciation for fine craftsmanship
- Onsite installation experience
- Management or supervisory experience
At Metrica, you’ll be part of a hands‑on workshop where craftsmanship, learning, and collaboration go hand in hand. Our work is highly custom and detail‑driven, giving you the opportunity to build your skills across a range of techniques, materials, and projects. You’ll work alongside experienced makers who take pride in their craft and are committed to sharing knowledge and supporting each other’s growth.
We value curiosity, precision, and a willingness to learn, whether you’re developing new skills or refining the ones you already have. Here, your work is seen, your contributions matter, and you’ll play a direct role in creating unique, high‑quality pieces from start to finish.
