Volunteer Coordinator (Northampton)
RSVP of the Pioneer Valley, a program of Community Action Pioneer Valley, seeks a part‑time Volunteer Coordinator to recruit and place volunteers 55 and over with our partner agencies.
Responsibilities- Recruit and place volunteers 55 and over with partner agencies.
- Travel regularly to support partner agencies and recruit volunteers.
- Skilled communicator with experience working with volunteers and/or older adults.
- Ability to work part‑time (18 hours per week) and travel as required.
- Pay range: $23.55 to $25 per hour.
- Outstanding training and professional development in a collaborative work environment.
- Vacation, Sick, Float time and 12.5 paid holidays.
- Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background investigation, including CORI and driving record check.
