About This Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for those who can direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical standards and collaborate with other professionals to achieve desired patient outcomes.

• Pay: $42.19 - $72.88 hourly

• Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
• Report to the Nurse Manager/Director and operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN - Massachusetts).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
