Role & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in home or hospice settings, focusing on comfort, pain management, and emotional support.

Assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor condition changes.

Educate and support families, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Offer emotional support and maintain continuous communication with the care team to ensure holistic, quality care.

• Minimum one year of recent RN experience, with at least six months in hospice.
• Valid RN license and BLS certification.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform required duties, including mobility and equipment handling.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to irregular schedules.

• Develop individualized care plans and administer treatments.
• Educate families and caregivers on symptom management.
• Monitor patient status, adjust interventions, and document all care activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
