About This Role

The Registered Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

• Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly

• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time, Night shift (7PM-7AM)

• Deliver nursing care according to the ANA Standards of Clinical Practice.
• Collect patient health data during admission and throughout the stay.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses/patient problems.
• Document relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards.
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement interventions identified in the plan of care.
• Evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes.
• Formulate a discharge plan and communicate it throughout hospitalization.
• Assess patient/family learning needs and facilitate the education process.
• Participate in quality of care activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• No experience in lieu of a degree accepted

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) - State License required
