A leading advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Manager, Quality Management to drive enterprise-level quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across complex aerospace/defense programs.

This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a highly regulated, precision-driven environment
.

What You'll Own:
  • Lead end-to-end quality management across manufacturing and program execution
  • Drive resolution of non-conformances (MRB), root cause analysis (8D RCCA), and corrective actions
  • Oversee and implement AS9100 / ISO-compliant quality systems
  • Lead PFMEA / DFMEA and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Serve as the primary quality interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action programs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing quality team
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership
What You Bring:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in quality leadership within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in:
    • AS9100 / ISO quality systems
    • MRB, RCCA (8D), PFMEA / DFMEA
    • Supplier quality & audit readiness
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives at scale
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience managing teams and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
