Department Manager

Manage training, food safety, and inventory management systems; set goals, delegate tasks to team, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure high quality, safe food, food cost control, and train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; help crew get off to a good start and engage employees through motivation and recognition.;
Deliver a memorable guest experience, ensure promotions are executed well, train service staff, and organize front counter McCafé and drive-thru areas.;
Maintain safety measures and ensure adherence to procedures across departments; support flexible scheduling and world-class training.
