Pay
: $18/hr
Schedule
:
Kitchen hours are Mon‑Fri 10:30am‑6pm. Must have open availability to work any shift.
Age requirement
: 21 with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance on their vehicle.
- $1500 sign‑on bonus after 6 months in the position.
- Take charge of the deli’s daily operations, steering us toward success.
- Recruit, mentor, and elevate a team of enthusiastic deli staff.
- Provide constructive feedback and motivation to your team, driving excellence.
- Craft efficient work schedules, ensuring smooth operations.
- Master inventory management, balancing stock levels for optimal efficiency.
- Uphold a sparkling clean and safe store environment.
- Wisely manage key cost expense lines, keeping us financially healthy.
- Deliver timely and accurate store reports.
- Ensure food service areas meet the highest standards of health and cleanliness.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age, with a valid driver’s license.
- Ready and able to work various shifts and days—flexibility is a must.
- Comfortable with basic math and numbers.
- Preferably experienced in the food service industry.
- Eager to become Serve Safe certified, demonstrating commitment to food safety.
