Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may pay $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job OverviewGeneral merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
