Hourly Wage

Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, depending on location and applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Perform tasks in the backroom.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery when required.

• Physical ability to lift > 50 lbs.
• Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift) is an asset.
