As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary—educating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top‑tier cannabis products. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.
Day‑to‑Day Duties- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
- Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage
- Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
- Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness
- Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
- Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws
- Must be 21+ with a valid MA Driver’s License
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
- Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
- Must pass a background check (CORI)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn
- Spanish‑speaking bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Monday: 8 AM–5 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM–9 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM–9 PM
- Thursday: 9 AM–9 PM
- Friday: 8 AM–10 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM–10 PM
- Sunday: 8 AM–9 PM
