Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team.

Compensation Range: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience.

• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Computer literacy

• Must have clean & valid driver's license

• Taking payments from service and parts customers
• Closing repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system
• Compiling and balancing daily parts and service deposits
• Receipting in customer deposits for the sales department
• Answering service phones
• Making service appointments
• Assisting service customers when needed
• Automotive experience is helpful; willing to train the right person
