Job Description:

As the Neuroscience Product Specialist, you will be responsible for reporting to the Regional Manager. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing target units and doctors in the region to determine needs, extract insights, and plan/implement value-adding solutions and projects
• Developing a business plan within the defined region, applying high-level targeting and segmentation to include key institutions, and maximizing physician impact rates
• Using expertise to continuously monitor the current market and stakeholders, analyzing the market and competitors, and executing the sales activities of the responsible product in the most effective way
• Following/implementing multiple communication channels and digital applications
• Actively participating in the development of different ideas and systems to improve the business model

Experience and Skills:

• 4-year college graduate
• Familiar with Adana and the region
• 1 year or more experience in the pharmaceutical sector
• Preferably experience in psychiatric treatment
• Preferably good English knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Analytical thinker and effective planner
• High persuasion ability, customer and results-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Possess a driver’s license and actively use a vehicle
• No travel restrictions
• For male candidates, completed military service
