Sales Executive – Payroll, HR & Workforce Management Software

What You'll Sell

You’ll represent a comprehensive cloud-based platform that helps businesses simplify and manage critical workforce functions, including:

  • Payroll processing and tax compliance
  • HR management and employee records
  • Time and attendance tracking
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Benefits administration
The Role

This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business while growing relationships after the initial sale. The position combines inside sales with face-to-face meetings, giving you the opportunity to build relationships both over the phone and in person.

What To Expect
  • Prospect and win net-new business
  • Manage a consultative sales process from outreach through close
  • Expand existing customer relationships after initial wins
  • Travel approximately 10% for client meetings, networking events, and conferences
  • Sales cycle: 30-90 days
  • Typical deal size: $5,000-$15,000 in annual recurring revenue
  • Quarterly quota: $125K-$200K (based on tenure)
  • No quota during your first 60 days to allow for onboarding and ramp-up
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience in any industry
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls and prospecting daily
  • Driven, resilient, and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Confident presenting to business owners and decision-makers in person
  • Strong work ethic with a "hunter" mentality
  • Must be able to work from the office five days per week

Candidates with backgrounds in high-volume, commission-driven sales environments—such as home services, solar, telecommunications, or similar industries—often excel in this role.

Compensation

$50-60k base / $120k-$140k OTE uncapped
