You’ll be equipped with your own fully stocked van, PPE, safety equipment and uniform. You also have access to the latest technology, including our specialist gutter vac system, high reach cctv inspection equipment, and our advanced hot wash system, along with all the other tools and equipment needed to work effectively and efficiently.

You’ll represent Sudell in this customer-facing role, carrying out gutter services, exterior cleaning, and light roofing repairs and maintenance, identifying and fixing problems, and delivering a range of other services and preventative measures. You will be a key member providing our customers with practical advice and support.

You will be active in this job role, working outside in the fresh air. We provide initial and ongoing training and with the support of a network of experts and business professionals, we offer career opportunities that help you learn and grow.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you should:

• Have a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points on your licence.
• Be in generally good health.
• Enjoy working outdoors in the fresh air all year round.
• Be friendly, polite, and punctual.
• Keen, enthusiastic with a positive outlook.
• Able to work at height using ladders and safety equipment.

• Carrying out a range of professional exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, soffit and fascia cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning, and other external surfaces to a high standard.
• Travelling between customer properties.
• Using and operating various tools and equipment needed to complete.
• Complete inspection reports.

We provide all exterior team cleaners with a comprehensive induction and on-going training necessary to enhance their skills and give you the expertise needed to deliver excellent customer service and complete job satisfaction.

Competitive basic salary with extra income available through overtime, out of hours payments, sales commission and targeted bonuses.

20 days holiday + Bank holidays.

Fully stocked company vehicle & fuel card. Uniform and PPE

• Preferable experience using ladders.
• Full driving Licence.
• Self-motivated.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Health & safety conscious.
• Excellent communicator.

• Carrying out light roofing duties including repointing, ridge and verge work, replacing broken or damaged tiles, and a range of other minor roofing repairs and maintenance.
• Travelling between customer properties.
• Using and operating various tools and equipment needed to complete each job.
• Complete inspection reports.
