RH Commercial Vehicles is looking for skilled HGV Technicians to join our growing workshop team.

Working within a brand-new, redeveloped modern workshop, you’ll maintain a variety of trucks and vans while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training, excellent earning potential and genuine opportunities to progress your career.

• Minimum 40 hours a week, multiple shift pattern options available.
• 4 day week: option 11:30 – 22:00 or 10:00 – 20:30
• Alternating shifts:
  • Early:
    Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 15:30, Friday: 06:30 – 14:30
  • Late:
    Monday – Thursday: 12:30 – 22:00, Friday: 12:30 – 21:00, Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 (Saturday at overtime)
• Night shift:
  Monday – Thursday: 20:00 – 06:30 (£23 an hour)
• Weekend shift:
  Friday – Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00 (£23 an hour)

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
• Complete work to DVSA and manufacturer standards
• Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
• Supporting apprentices and wider team
• Keeping up to date with technical developments and training.

• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, Commercial Vehicle Repair or equivalent
• Experience working on commercial vehicles such as Trucks and Vans
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full driving licence
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Main dealer experience
• HGV Licence
• Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks experience
