Workforce Development Skill Up Coordinator (Northampton)

Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Coordinator for the Skill Up Career Navigation Program.

• Provide program leadership including staff training, supervision, completion of data reporting, payment processing, and program oversight for a Career Navigation program serving Department of Youth Services youth throughout the four counties of western Massachusetts.
• Supervise four Career Navigators, using trauma‑informed care and Positive Youth Development approaches.
• Track, monitor, and report program outcomes.
• Develop processes for ongoing quality improvement of program implementation and maintain strong interagency collaboration.

• Pass a CORI background record check.
• Have a reliable vehicle with a safe driving record.
• Strong team and staff supervision skills.
• Experienced in trauma‑informed care and Positive Youth Development approaches preferred.
• Salary range: $27.80–$29.51 per hour depending on qualifications.
