Your role on the team:
* Develops training plans and processes to be implemented by Training Coordinators
* Monitors training activities to ensure all weekly scheduled training is conducted
* Develops metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; modifies training content or delivery method to
meet training objectives
* Develops new training programs when needed, such as related to Value Added Services
* Compiles report to management of training statistics with recommendations for successful training activities
* Supervises employees including: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints
and resolving problems
What you need:
* High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience in warehouse; or an equivalent combination of
education and experience
* Knowledge of safety compliance for operating equipment
* PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Ability to partner with subject matter experts to better understand warehouse equipment and create training materials
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to conduct training classes for audiences at all levels of the organization
* Ability to develop, write and proof training materials
* Proven presentation and facilitation skills
