Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and delivery access, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including perimeter areas, loading zones, parking areas, and other assigned spaces, with attention to access control and other security-related concerns.
